Backbone in Rural Area : Development of Livestock
Service Sector majorly drives economy of Rajasthan but Agriculture and allied activities continues to be chief source of livelihood in rural region. Livestock of Rajasthan is one of the main source of livelihood and development of livestock sector has a significant beneficial impact in generating employment and reducing poverty in rural areas.
The Ranthambhour Seva Sansthan has organized training progammes related to livestock or landless unemployed youth in Rajasthan under various schemes of Swarnajayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY) and NABARD’s TDF Project.
